Purchasing Terms and Conditions
PMC 1 – General Terms:
Supplier must:
- Have a quality management system and use statistical techniques for product acceptance and related instructions for acceptance by the organization.
- Use customer-designated or approved external providers, including process sources.
- Prevent the use of counterfeit parts.
- Flowdown to approved external providers applicable customer requirements.
- Ensure that persons are aware of: Their contribution to product or service conformity, their contribution to product safety, and the importance of ethical behavior.
- Allow the right of access by Paramount, their customer, and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and to applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain.
- Confirm order within 3 days.
- Notify us immediately if you are unable to ship as specified.
- Send no partial shipments or delay delivery without permission. Unauthorized partial deliveries will result in delay of payment until the delivery has been completed.
- Retain records for 10 years, 40 years for Flight Safety products.
- Notify of non-conforming product.
- Provide notification of changes to product, processes, suppliers and facilities.
- Notify if purchase order price does not agree with price to be invoiced, before starting work.
- Be aware that pricing as stated on order, will be in effect for all deliveries scheduled on the order
PMC 2 – Delivery Conditions:
- Complete Certification Traceability Back to Mill Certs and to latest Rev. Required.
- All material must be from same Heat Lot.
- Any delivery over 300 lbs. cannot be shipped via box truck.
- Maximum bar length not to exceed 14 feet.
- All material must be: **DOMESTIC OR DFARS COMPLIANT!**
PMC 3 – Delivery Conditions:
- Any deviation will be reported to Paramount and copies of any QN required will be sent to Paramount prior to being submitted to UTAS for approval.
- ASQR-01 Rev 11 and HSM 19 applies.
- UTAS form # UTAS-FRM-0034-00 required along with all material and special process certifications.
- All material must be: **DOMESTIC OR DFARS COMPLIANT!**
PMC 4 – Flight Safety:
- Cert must state: “UTC Aerospace Systems Flight Safety Part” and “UTC Aerospace Systems Flight Safety Part, package and handle with care!”
- ASQR-01 Rev 11 and HSM 19 applies.
- Supplier shall request non-conforming product disposition approvals.
- Cannot be sub-contracted.
- Do not strip and re-plate without prior authorization.
PMC 5 – Government:
- Please reference contract number and priority rating on certifications.
- Supplier shall request nonconforming product disposition approvals.
- Do not strip and re-plate without prior authorization.
PMC 6 – United Technologies Aircraft Systems end use ASQR-01 Rev 11, HSM 17 and HSM 19 applies
PMC 7 – UTC Aerospace:
- Cert must state: “UTC Aerospace Systems end use” and “ASQR-01 Rev 11, HSM 19 applies.”
- Supplier shall request nonconforming product disposition approvals.
- Cannot be sub-contracted.
- Do not strip and re-plate without prior authorization.
PMC 8 – Pratt & Whitney:
- Cert must state: “Pratt and Whitney end use” and “ASQR-01 Rev 11 applies.”
- Must be LCS certified.
- Supplier shall request non-conforming product disposition approvals.
- Cannot be sub-contracted.
- Do not strip and re-plate without prior authorization.
PMC 9 – Delivery Conditions:
- UTAS form # UTAS-FRM-0034-00 Required.
- United Technologies Aircraft Systems end use, ASQR Rev 11 and HSM 17 and HSM 19 apply.
- Supplier shall request non-conforming product disposition approvals.
PMC 10 – Delivery Conditions:
- UTAS form # UTAS-FRM-0034-00 required along with all material and special process certifications.
PMC 11 – Sikorsky:
- Cert must state: “Sikorsky Aircraft parts” and “ASQR- 01 Rev 11 applies.”
- Specification numbers, amendments and current revision numbers must be on certification also!
- Supplier shall request non-conforming product disposition approvals.
- Cannot be sub-contracted.
- Do not strip and re-plate without prior authorization.
- Sample hardness inspection, 100% inspection to be covered by Paramount.
PMC 12 – Delivery Conditions:
- In addition to a C of C, all manufacturing certifications are required.
- Items having a shelf life must be identified. Pertinent shelf life (expiration date, etc.) must be included with the material. A minimum of 75% shelf life must be remaining upon receipt of material at Paramount and may be cause for rejection if less than 75%.
